The Honorable Nathan Guy and her Worhip the Mayor of Kapiti Jenny Rowan officially opened Vista del Sol on the 16th November 2009 at 6.15pm in front of a 80 person gathering of tourism activity operators, Enterprise Kapiti and Porirua staff, Professionals, Neighbours, Building Consultants and supporters.
