Conference Facility at Vista del Sol

Residential conferences are offered with 5 suites - four of which have a Double or King option.  All suites have telephone, Highspeed Wi fi internet and table and chairs, with 4 having ensuites and Te horo having a private bathroom.

For residential attendees a full breakfast is supplied comprising fresh fruit platter, continental, fresh baked bread with the award winning Te Horo jams, and full cooked breakfast. Also included is pre dinner drink and selection of nibbles, full use if the indoor spa facilities, day spa treatments are additionally bookable, high speed WiFi internet, free local telephone calls.

Very comfortable seating for 8 in arm chairs, includes High Speed WI Fi internet and Internet line for lap top and presentations on wide screen TV.  Also available is a White Board, telephone in room, bar, coffee facilities.

Large out door meeting spaces are available ranging from the Kapiti Patio for 8 or the Courtyard for 60 seated people.

Additional Lounges

When Vista del Sol's accommodation is fully hired then additional space available includes the upstairs lounge (9 people), with meeting space for smaller numbers of people in the formal lounge (4) and library (2). 

Meals

Tea, Coffee, Chilled Water and peppermints are supplied to conferencing attendees.

Morning and Afternoon Teas are chargeable

Dinners and Lunches are available by arrangement

Ample parking on the flat is available at the house for guests.

Free pickup and drop off to Kapiti Airport, and Waikanae Bus and train stations is available
