It is known to relieve tension headaches, migraines, reduce fine facial lines, tone facial muscles and stimulate hair growth. It has been called a non surgical facelift.

45 minutes of pampering rejuvenating foot massage using essential oils of peppermint, lemon and tea tree to cool, refresh and revive punished feet and lower legs. Amazing after a day on your feet or during the last trimester of pregnancy

Pregnancy Massage

A womens body goes through so many changes during pregnancy.　 You may experience unwanted aches and pains as well as fatigue. Treating yourself to regular massage may help to alleviate swelling, improve circulation, induce relaxation or leave you feeling more energized depending on your desired affect. Always check with your GP or midwife prior to any pregnancy massage.

Reiki

Reiki pronounced Ray-key is japanese and means 'the universal life force energy". Reiki is a vibrational energy technique that balances harmonises and restores our energy systems. It is the life force/energy that permeates all living things. The quantum physics translation is "cosmic radiation healing" (the harnessing of the Universal energy)

A reiki treatment involves the client laying fully clothed on the therapy table. The practitioner lays their hands on your energy centres also known as chakras, you may experience heat, cold, tingling, see colours, or feel intense emotions such as laughing or crying. This is normal and a positive response to your energy centres/chakras releasing blockages. Reiki clears your energy centres, aiding your body to heal itself and reach its natural equilibrium. Reiki is very beneficial for speeding up the healing process, minimising pain, inducing deep relaxation and harmony, clearing negative energy/feelings. It needs to be experienced to be believed!

Deep tissue/therapeutic Massage.

Deep tissue massage helps to release chronic muscle tension from the deeper layers of muscle tissue and can help to eliminate scar tissue. Slow therapeutic strokes and deep finger kneading are used either following or across the muscle, tendons and tissue. This can be catered to a relaxation and de-stressing massage by simply using the soft therapeutic strokes of swedish massage.　 It is common to experience some tenderness for a day or so after any massage.
